Terms and Conditions

By booking a trip with Supertrail Rides, the participant agrees with the terms below:

1. Registration & Payment

The registration for a trip with STR by e-mail or through our website is a legally binding. You will received a written confirmation. With your registration a down payment of 50%  will secure your spot on the trip. The remaining balance has to be paid at the receipt of the bill, or not later than 10 days before the trip.

 

2. Small Groups

STR is guiding small groups. If the necessary minimum number of clients according to the description is not reached, we will find a individual solution f.e. surcharge for a private trip.

 

3. Change of program

STR reserves the right to make alterations.

 

4. Cancellation by STR

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of clients for a trip is not fulfilled or in the case of unforeseen events (e.g. floods, bush fires, etc.). We will inform you four – the latest two weeks – prior to the trip. In such a case, refund of payments received by STR shall be returned in full. Further claims cannot be made.

 

5. Cancellation by the participant

All cancellations have to be made in writing and sent by mail or email to STR. Cancellation assessments will cost CHF 150.- . Cancellations, without a replacement to be found, will have the following fees:

60 - 31 days prior to your trip: 10%

30 - 16 days prior to your trip: 50%

15 - 7 days prior to your trip: 75%

6 – 1 days pior to your trip: 100%

 

6. Liability

Mountainbiking, by its nature holds some risks. Each participant is personally responsible for his or her own safety. The guests participate at their own risk. 

In addition, STR cannot take any responsibility for damages to property (e.g. bike) and-or individuals due to unsatisfactory condition of the bikes, as the condition of bikes can be affected by  use or transport.

Insurance for accident and or liability is highly recommended. For trips outside Switzerland an extended health insurance is suggested. It is mandatory to wear a certified helmet. It applies the Road Act of the respective country. For service and maintenance work on the bike its  the respective owner's responsibility.

 

7. Court of jurisdiction

As Court of jurisdiction the court district Scuol in canton GR/Switzerland is agreed.
